I searched for Chinese Mother after that infamous Amy Chua “Why Chinese Mothers are Superior” article on WSJ and found a scatter of plurks, such as this one from Piers.
I know Plurk is da bomb in Taiwan so I’m wondering why I’m not seeing more plurks about this! Then I realized it’s probably because they plurk in Chinese and I plurk in English. And it’s probably because I wasn’t chained to the chair for hours on end and screamed at continually in the face until I learn my Chinese.
