So after I blogged that new plurk verbiage A-team implemented new plurk verb groups and reassigned colors. Left is the current verbiage I have.

I kinda liked “wonder” to remain gray, as it signifies “what is yet to manifest” and may be in the same existential state as “has” and “was” (although these have manifested and is now filed as a memory).

For the love of God, A-team, Please Please Please get rid of that Barbie-pink color for “hopes”! Can you honestly say that Mr. T will stand for that color even being on the Plurk Spectrum?! I think not, Foo!

May I suggest that Plurk A-Team contemplate on the color spectrum according to the laws of Spiraldynamics when they have raked in millions from venture capitalists eager to leverage the power of Plurk and settle the color coding laws once and for all!

P.S. Thanks to Zen Elements and my plurk buddies (Pleeps?) for keeping me honest.

Think that the pink is horrific too, but I bet users like @randomnicole will disagree. She seems to really like pink. (g_LOL) Anyways love the posts and can’t wait to hear more from the plurkaholic that is @janechin

Firstly, I have to say, [LOVES] your quoting of Mr.T!!

It was nice to see the change in verbiage colour(s) but I do agree that the Pink does still need some work. It just doesn’t sit right for ‘hopes’.
I suppose the problem here however, is that ‘hope’ is often signified with Yellow. Now, white on strong-yellows is not easy to read and causes strain on the eyes.

Please A-Team, we know you are busy with many developments ‘n’ upkeeping and we love you for that, we do but could you please, when you get a moment, reconsider the pink?

@janechin, it is a pleasure and thank you for the mention too :-))

From @thoughtwrong’s comment I guess there “needs” to be something pink to please the pink-o-phile crowd but there are many shades of pink and I’m happy with one that doesn’t pierce my retinas.

Thanks @zenelements that makes sense re: hope and the color yellow. Also if yellow is on the block (say with black text) it may stand out too much against everything else bc we’re used to zoning in on “highlighter” colors.

    say…
wasn’t there an “agrees” verbiage before?
or was it only my imagination?

Now that you mention it, there may have been an “agrees”… I can’t be sure though!

If there was, wonder why they got rid of it. Rarely used, perhaps.
